Card Instructions

Placing the card on the monument

Keep the card flat.
Don't cover the dots.
Avoid sun glare or partial shadows on the card.
You can use tape on the corners to fix the card to the monument. Do not put tape behind the card (it can degrade the measurements).
Center the card near the text or design you want to copy.

Taking the picture

Center the card in the image.
Take the picture from 12–18 inches away.

Measuring multiple design elements

Move the card to be near each design element.
Take a separate picture for each design element.
